KNUT GJERDE - CHAIRMAN

Knut M. Gjerde is co-founder and CTO of CellVision. Prior to CellVision he took part in Telenor's successful rollout of GSM networks in Europe. From working with mobile network planning and later in-house development of planning support tools at Telenor, he identified the need for a new generation of mobile operator support software. The idea, now CellVision mBOSS, established a new product niche and set a standard within mobile telecoms OSS/BSS for network visualization. mBOSS provides the platform for CellVision's pioneering innovations in Customer Coverage Management. Mr. Gjerde has been the Chairman of the Board since 2000.

EIRIK CHAMBE-ENG - DIRECTOR

Eirik co-founded Trolltech together with Haavard Nord in 1994. They grew Trolltech and Qt into the world leading cross-platform development tools provider for desktop and mobile applications. Trolltech was acquired by Nokia where Qt is a key part of Nokia’s strategy (qt.nokia.com). Eirik has many years experience in software research, development and management and brings expertise on how to build and operate a culture needed to grow a great software company. Eirik joined the board of CellVision in 2002.

MORTEN CHR. MO - DIRECTOR

Morten Chr. Mo is the largest single shareholder in CellVision. His background is in ship-broking where he founded one of the fastest growing and most successful Norwegian ship-broking companies. He has participated as an entrepreneur and investor in a number of successful enterprises across a variety of industries. He brings his long-serving board room experience together with the ability to view the business with an 'outside' perspective. Mr. Mo joined the board of CellVision in 2005.

DAVE WILKINSON - DIRECTOR

Dave Wilkinson brings experience from multiple start-ups in the communication industry. He was a key contributor to the growth of Metrica (now IBM), where he pioneered the sale and acceptance of performance management software in mobile operators. Subsequently he held positions at Actix including CEO and COO driving product development and global business expansion. He established Actix's engineering and sales groups both in Europe and in North America, and was responsible for global sales targets. More recently Dave was CEO for Commprove for 2 years, helping to turn the company around. He brings world-class sales focus and experience of growing a software business. Mr. Wilkinson joined the board of CellVision in 2007.
