NJAL VIKDAL - CEO and CHIEF SALES OFFICER

Njal Vikdal co-founded CellVision and is the CEO. He is responsible for general management, sales, business planning and strategy and has overseen the company's growth in revenue, customer base and consistency in profitability. He started his career in Telenor as a radio planner with responsibility for planning and simulation tools. From there he went on to manage Teleplan's Telecom Software Business Area. In 2000 he co-founded CellVision with Mr. Gjerde which operated in partnership with Teleplan until the end of 2001. Mr. Vikdal became CEO of CellVision in January 2002.

KNUT GJERDE - CTO

Knut M. Gjerde is co-founder and CTO of CellVision. He is also Chairman of the Board. Prior to CellVision he took part in Telenor's successful rollout of GSM networks in Europe. From working with mobile network planning and later in-house development of planning support tools at Telenor, he identified the need for a new generation of mobile operator support software. The idea, now CellVision mBOSS, established a new product niche and set a standard within mobile telecoms OSS/BSS for network visualization. mBOSS provides the platform for CellVision's pioneering innovations in Customer Coverage Management. Mr Gjerde has been the Chairman of the Board since 2000.

MORTEN SELIUSSEN - BUSINESS AREA MANAGER, MOBILE SERVICES

Morten Seliussen is one of CellVision founders and currently responsible for the Mobile Services business, including sales and project management. He is the driving force behind this area which exhibits continued growth and has attracted industry awards. Before joining CellVision, he worked for Telenor specializing in radio network capacity planning and the in-house development of capacity planning support tools. He has a deep understanding of mobile applications and mobile application platform development. Mr. Seliussen became Business Area Manager in 2000.
